Facing the challenges of international market, YEONG CHIN adopts advanced CAD/CAE system to continually develop more humanized, automated, integrated and intelligent products and features; for instance, the Vertical- Horizontal complex machining center, Contour Control (CS-Axis) Built-in Spindle, Isolated Direct Drive (IDD) Spindle, and High-speed, High- precision machining functions for molds & dies productiona€|etc., which become the foundation of YEONG CHINs competitiveness and long-lasting growth.
To produce the total quality products, YEONG CHIN invested huge sum of capital in the in-house Foundry shop, a German turn-key project; strictly control each fabrication process for high quality Meehanite castings to all YEONG CHIN machines. All these castings undergo high-pressure blasting, annealing and outdoors seasoning for complete stress relieving to guarantee the most superior castings for the accurate, stable and durable YEONG CHIN products.
YEONG CHIN invested handsomely in acquiring advanced and high-precision production equipment at her machining shop, where major components are provided in house. Strict manufacturing process and quality controls guarantee each part is of the highest possible quality, and assure the efficient output, reliable and durable machine tool products.Every section of the assembly lines is equally significant - spindle, the heart of a machine is assembled and tested in the air- conditioned and climate-controlled room; every assembled machine must be approved by a series of strict running tests, Ball-Bar tests, and laser calibration to attain the utmost quality and performance requirements by the customer.
