OUTSTANDING FEATURES:
Maxmill proudly presents the HQM series vertical machining center, a completely new, well-balanced, high-speed, high production machine. Ideally suited for mold and metal cutting industries.
The machines are built with power and precision for fast cycle times and have a user-friendly Fanuc 18i-MB High-Performance CNC Control with a high speed contour machining function.
Spindle transmission by shaft coupling is 'direct drive' and there is no power loss due to driving mechanism. Noise and vibration are minimized.
All major structural parts are made of Meehanite cast iron ensuring the utmost rigidity.
The machine adopts a box structure for the base and a trapezoid structure in the column for maximum rigidity.
Based on the tradition of precision manufacturing capabilities, outstanding scraping techniques and with attention to every detail, results in extremely smooth slideways and precise mating surfaces. Also, the fine craftsmanship upgrades machining accuracy, rigidity and ensures lifetime accuracy.
