The heavy-duty structure design and CNC control software yields feed rates up to 2,500 ipm with positioning accuracy of [+ or -] 0.002 in. and [+ or -] 0.0008 in. repetitive accuracy. The moving gantry design utilizes AC servo drives, THK linear ways and ball screws on all axes for smooth and accurate movement. Other features include PC controller with onboard CAD/CAM software, vacuum table machined for zoning and pod fixturing, air blast tool cooling, with many available table size options.
